How to order posters
"POSTERS" sells two types of posters: "POSTERS" Original (with digital certificate) and Archive Collection.
The order process varies depending on the type of posters.
How to order "POSTERS" Original (with digital certificate)
In the product page, this mark indicates the posters are POSTERS Original.

Add products to Shopping Cart
Read the precautions (Terms and Conditions and other precautions about products) and check “I agree” box before clicking “Add to Cart” button.
* Adding products to Shopping Cart does not secure the products for you. Please note that your purchase will not be confirmed until you complete your order.

Proceed to order process
After checking the contents of your cart, click “Proceed to Order” button. Or close the Shopping Cart to continue shopping.

Enter customer information
- Customers with member registration
- Enter the registered email address and password and click “Log In” button.
- Customers without member registration
- Enter your name, address, phone number, email address and other required information and click “Choose Delivery Option” button.
POSTERS issues a digital certificate for its original posters through Startbahn Cert., a certificate-issuing service developed and operated by Startbahn, Inc.. In order to issue the digital certificate, customers are required to register an account for Startbahn Cert. at the same time.

Choose delivery option
After choosing the delivery option and checking the shipping cost, click “Proceed to Settlement” button.
When shipping outside of Japan, customs duties and other taxes will be billed separately to the customer by the carrier.
* The delivery address of the product is limited to the country or region where the customer who purchased the product resides.

Enter payment method
Double-check your order details and the customer information you have entered, and finally enter your payment method. Click “Settlement” button to complete your order process.
Available payment methods include credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
* Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed.
* Apple Pay may not be displayed, depending on the device you are using.

Order completed
An automatic e-mail will be sent from POSTERS Online Shop to the e-mail address you have registered. Please confirm your order details.

Product delivery
We will print the posters and organize shipment upon completion of the settlement. Please refer to actual product page for accurate shipping time. For both domestic and international shipping, the carrier will deliver the order right to your door.

Enjoy posters
Let the posters add color to your lifestyle. Choosing a frame that matches the posters and your living space can bring them closer to you. You can scan the IC Tag on the enclosed certificate with your smartphone to view the recorded information and certify your ownership of the posters. The certificate will also be required when transferring the poster, so please keep it in a safe place.
